Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Senior Sales Recruiter contract role sits at the center of a SaaS go to market engine, where hiring outcomes directly influence revenue capacity. Nexthink operates in enterprise software, and the remit spans Sales, Service, and Marketing roles across North America, making the position relevant to SaaS companies that run multi function GTM teams and depend on disciplined pipeline building.
For a SaaS career, the value is in sharpening pattern recognition around what “good” looks like in quota carrying and supporting functions, then translating that into repeatable recruiting motions. Full cycle ownership across sourcing, process management, and stakeholder advising builds a toolkit that transfers across B2B SaaS environments, particularly where talent markets are competitive and hiring managers need market insight, not just scheduling support.
This role tends to suit recruiters who prefer hands on sourcing alongside consultative partnership with senior leaders, and who are comfortable using an ATS to keep decision making transparent. The contract framing also aligns with professionals who like defined time horizons, measurable delivery, and the chance to contribute to cross functional recruiting projects without stepping into a long term HR generalist track.
